Things that are done now and can be done differently. Identify Stakeholders

Make a recommendation/ boss/team

Support regarding questions – use what rather than why questions

Start using what questions

What is the outcome that you want to have by…Clear focus and now have a reason

Take next step with confidence - - make a contact

Bouncing off ideas/sounding board

Initial meeting with small group of stakeholders and build program from there

Guided by the coach – ideas were all over. Coach directed me into more formal process.

Got the nudge to go ahead and do it! Very supportive
